We teach Japanese Jiu-Jitsu as a system of practical self-defence and for personal development of mind, body, and spirit. Our teaching emphasises cooperative learning, technical excellence, and realistic self-defence in a safe and fun environment.

Monash Jiu-jitsu Club has two branches:
1. Tora do ryu: Mondays, 7 pm at Clayton
2. Tenchi ryu: Wednesdays, 7:45 pm at Caulfield
Note: There are also kung fu classes running on Sunday mornings at 11 am at Caulfield.
Current Monash students can join as members of the club. The first step is to come along and observe a class.
Monash alumni, staff and community can join our parent organisation, and train at our dojos, grade for belts, attend seminars, and participate in competitions.
If you have additional queries, check out our contacts page.
Our dojos are part of the Australian Jiu-jitsu, Judo & Chinese Boxing Federation of Instructors.
